Guillermo J. Llosa, MD
Dr. Guillermo J. Llosa has been practicing pediatrics in the Kendall area since 1982. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University of Chicago, his medical degree in his native Perú at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, and his postgraduate studies (internship and pediatric residency) at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).
Throughout the years, Dr. Llosa has been recognized multiple times by Castle Connolly as a “Top Doctor.” He has also received awards for “America’s Best Doctors,” and the “Compassionate Doctor Award” from Vitals.com, as well as Professional of the Year in Medicine. He sits on the board of the Baptist Children’s Hospital Executive Committee, and he was involved for several years with the Greater Miami Pediatric Society.
Alina Siblesz Ruiz, MD
Dr. Alina Siblesz Ruiz is a native Miamian, born to Cuban parents. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami (UM) and was accepted into the Medical Scholars Program at the UM Miller School of Medicine, where she received her Doctorate in Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at UM’s Jackson Memorial Hospital and is board certified in pediatrics.
Dr. Ruiz has been in private practice with Dr. Llosa since 2006. Her areas of interest include food allergies, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), and asthma. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her vivacious girls, Michelle and Liana.
Raquel Olavarrieta, MD
Dr. Raquel Olavarrieta was born and raised in Venezuela. She completed her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Science at Florida Atlantic University. She then pursued her MD degree at Florida State College of Medicine in Tallahassee. She is a graduate from Miami Children’s Hospital Pediatric Residency. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). She joined Kendall Pediatric Partners in September of 2016. Her areas of interest include nutrition, childhood obesity, and adolescent medicine.
